We can tell by actually noticing a good taper. Compare the waist-shoulders ratio.

40+" waists = nothing to strive for.

It is kindof funny when people "display" suppliments on their fireplace mantle.  And of course his "mma" belt.   Must live in a one room apartment or something.

MOS is huge as fuck, if he's really natural it's a huge accomplishment. Hell, even if he's not he's big as hell.

Although, he IS fat. If he's happy with himself, I certainly won't worry about his bodyfat %.

I am a big fatty....never hid that fact....kinda hard to.  I'm 100% endomorphic and I can put on muscle almost as fast as fat...double edge sword.   I didn't wanna post that pic, but my wife said my face looked retarded and funny so I did......she was right cause it makes me laugh when I see it now LOL!!!

Well thank you......I'm by no means in any kinda shape for Getbig standards, but I can still move the weights from sunup to sundown.  As long as I can train in a gym 4-5 times a week that's all that matters to me.


And I'll still give ole "power_n_glory" credit....he's an annoying dbag, but he's in good shape in my opinion......he just don't like me so fvck him LOL!!!
