bottom line is this. do what you like to do. if you like crossfit. be the best crossfitter you can be. if you like bodybuilding, be the best bodybuilder that you can be. if you waste time on a board ripping on someone's choice of activity, whether it be crossfit, bodybuilding, powerlfiting, etc, there's a 99% chance that you suck at everything and are just frustrated with the fact that you suck.
