What makes it "worse" is if they fail to accomplish their goals.
They managed to accomplish some of their goals with the Holocaust, which makes it more "efficient" than American Slavery.

But they failed to teach the Blacks what's what with the slavery. At first it was good and worked well, they picked their cotton etc, but look at the blacks of today, they don't know their place.

Otherwise, as for the OP's original question, I'd say it depends how you look at it.  Blacks, for the most part were bought, so they had real "value" to the owner, and while they were not always treated good, for the most part they were kept alive.  The Jews were "free bodies" coming from conquered lands, so the Germans treated them as disposable.  So, I guess it comes down to, which is worse, a lifetime of being treated like shit, or a regular life, followed by a horrible last few years.  Personally, I'd say the Jews had it worse.  As a black, you always had the chance to have good hair/light skin and be a house negro.
