Still bulking?
ya know... i dont think it's diet/bulk for me anymore.
Rather, I just eat a shitload of chicken breasts, rice, applesauce, tea, water, and just 2 or 3 oreos at each meal. keeps me sane.
no carbs at night tho.
I have a deal with the wifey. She cooks triple everything at mealtime, and she gets a clothes shopping spree once a month
honestly, it's all the difference. when there is always 4 or 5 tupperwares of chicken and rice or steak and noodles in there, it's impossible not to eat right.
last week I used the 100s for incline dumbbell presses. Six weeks ago, I never went over the 70s. A shitload of protein is the difference.
