The book was out in 92 as was creatine. My first use of creatine was 92. I remember both
MuscleTech made all others obsolete.

Muscletech was 75 grams of dextrose, 10 grams of creatine, sodium and lipoic acid.
Nasty sweet concoction.

Of course us smarter ones shot 10-20iu of Humalog with our creatine lol.

Then Bill Phillips said to mix wine, glycerol and creatine before an event where you wanted to look your best  :D

Yeah, but that dextrose is what caused the 7689.7583476% better gains than all other supps. ;D
