You've just taken the first step by admitting your existence is shitty. The next step is to admit that you left out shitting as in LIFT, EAT and SHIT and in your case particularly, it is probably more like LIFT, EAT, VOMIT and SHIT. When you look at that equation honestly, it should be obvious to you that you are eating more than your body can handle. S0, it gets rid of the overload whatever way it can.

If you eat more you create more waste and poop more brilliant deduction Watson. And yes absolutely you can only digest and process so much which is why gaining real muscle size isn't easy. But with a constant assault of food and training it can be done.

Neck really you are training your neck?? Unless you are a 15 year old you should be way past neck training. Mine is 19 I don’t train it at all and the last thing I want is to make it any bigger. Off the rack dress shirts only go to 18

Do you know how many calories you burn digesting a meal? Do you know you burn less calories when you eat processed foods?
