Bro's at our gym brag how they are there 3 hrs a day, 7 days a week!!  ::)
I told one guy "ya, but you dont know how to train, and flap your gums for 2.5 hours of it".

He's a buddy, so he sort of laughed I guess (knowing its the truth)...

If you time the amount of work done but those guys, it's minimal.

That's why if you design a workout that actually incorporates an hour of actual exercise, they gas.

I printed out one of SC's old workouts that had you do a 45 sec to a minute straight of an exercise, then 15 sec rest, then repeat with a new exercise.....for 45 min to an hour.

It was f'n brutal, but got me in good shape fast.

There are actually guys at our gym, ive seen for 19 years now, who have not changed one-bit.
Same machines, same cables, same lame "workouts". They dont do any hard barbell-work...

On occasion they will do some 'conditioning' by  grabbing a pair of 25-lb bells or plates and walk around the gym.  ::)

I would train them every 3 weeks just to continue their downward spiral.

Leg Press - Empty sled 40 reps = warmup
3 X 15,12,12 with 4 plates per side
Unilateral Leg Press - 3 X 15,12,12
Leg Extensions - 3 X 15,12,12

Super - Set :
{Adductor Machine - 3 X failure
{Abductor Machine - 3 X failure

Seated Leg Curls 3 x 25,12,12
Dumbell RDL - 3 X 20-20,35-15,45-12

Seated Calf Raises - 8 X failure plus 1/2 reps to failure.... plus stretching !

Went at a good pace.....my legs are fried!!
