Any update on the 405?

Couldn't get it on 2 Anadrol a day, need to move to 4.

I pulled something in my left bicep when I readjusted myself squatting 365lbs. I thought it was ok but when I went to train chest last night I had to shut it down. I will not be doing any upper body for at least a week maybe 2. Legs are ok though will do some extensions and curls during my lunch break today.

How do you pull a Bicep while doing a squat? Were you doing zerchers?

I lost my balance and started to come forward. I wasn’t going to make it then I realized that wasn’t an option as I didn’t have a spot  and I couldn’t dump it backward as was too far forward. So I had to pull it back and I kind of did like a Brock Lesner F5 spin on it my godamn heel even came off the ground as I did some kind of calve raise balance save and bicep pull and shoulder spin.

It was ugly but I made it. Obviously didn’t post the video as everyone woul laugh but it was kind of funny and I did make it but yeah nearly pulled my arm off. Have that deep interior pain like internal bleeding but not noticing any black and blue bruising yet. But was painful benching so shut it down

Do you guys want to see the video it was hilarios I chalk it up to bad form was too far forward needed feet wider as the knee on the right  came in

Everyone is going to talk shit but this was due to poor form not strength. I wasn’t getting my feet wide enough and my knee was coming in at the bottom. This shit could have gone bad but as far as saves go it’s pretty good even hit the rack on the way up and still made it. I know 405 will crush you blah blah blah ugly or not I squatted 365lbs and it was a legal depth. But yeah wider feet next time I was using the gym Bitch pad and it kind of rolled bar into a different spot than normal will go without pad on future heavy lifts as bar shifted

stop using that pad, hell don't even wear a shit if you can, or get an a7 shirt or cut out a scoop neck, just take the barbell kiss you. and grip the bar, try to wrap it into your back, the plates shouldnt spin

I would take 225 pounds and do 5 -6 sets of as many reps that I could get.....stop fucking around you`ll build no size with low reps only an ego and if you get hurt your ego will get bruised along with your body.

Why didn't you set the barbell down on the safety bars in the rack?

The problem is the bar slipped forward on the right side up onto my neck and was pulling me forward I could not drop the bar backwards. As such I had to pull the bar back and get back underneath it pulling the bar back tweaked my left bicep.

This is 100% correct.  You need that heavy volume, not max weights.  Platz was a strong squatter, but he built his leg mass on volume.  Who do you want to be Platz or Fred Hatfeild?
