Fortress, I actually had a manager once who asked me, to write on a piece of paper, the difference between "know", "no" and "now" I shit you not.
It was in the 90's where he just got by, by firing people, bullying (or trying to) etc.  Very dumb individual. (Thye finally removed him).

I confused him one day by saying "Oh no, now I know", he looked at me like a dog with a tilted head, confused...  :)

I’m now nervous using apostrophes because when one is added and where I didn’t include it I assume I don’t know how to use them.
