Yeah it’s mental illness. Joey Swole has been to the hospital at least twice that we know of due to heart issues yet still juices.

How do these self-employed fitness pros pay for these procedures?  Are they buying their own health insurance?

Palumbo has above average intelligence and neuroticism. He probably invested in multiple insurances, both privately and through his companies.

This is true.. he's talked about how much he pays for medical insurance on a few of his shows. Couple thousand a month if I remember correctly

Wasn't Dave in the Navy at one time?

If so, he receives free VA medical coverage and most likely has a Medicare plan.

But since I ain't no expert on the above .... I doubt that either plan covers his dependents.

I am covered by both VA and Medicare and have yet to see a hospital/medical bill in my lifetime ...... except for a $90 c0-pay when I went to to a civilian emergency clinic for what I thought was COVID but simply turned out to be a prolonged, 7 day, cold.

If you are young enough .... join the military, see the world, and shoot the bad guys .... and never ever have any med-bill worries.

My problem with the above is that unless you see combat lifetime bennies should be eliminated. C unts join the military for a few years do absolutely nothing and get lifetime benefits, FUCK THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice.  I think it would be good if we instituted mandatory civil or military service at age 18–like many other countries—and thereby ensure that all Americans have medical coverage.

Not all 18 year olds are sensible enough to see the value of these benefits, lord knows I wasn’t  ;D

DEADZ, Your comment regarding actual combat prior to receiving VA benefits .... is an interesting one which I suppose has been considered due to the vast number of VA participants now-a-days which seems to 'clog up' system somewhat.

Related comment: Do you GetBiggers realize that as of a couple of years ago  there were 22 suicides a DAY among active duty and ex-military personnel???

I am personally not aware how many of those individuals were under VA psychiatric care prior to their early withdrawal, nor what that suicide rate is at present, but I do know that the VA has a program aimed to reduce that suicide rate of 22 a day to a figure that would be more acceptable, but even one a day would be unacceptable as far as I am concerned.

PS..... I have been involved in the writing of a motion picture script revolving around this problem  which has been getting some notable attention.

They don't all get full coverage. There are tiers of VA benefits.
