I am a little lost in what is going on around here, but Epic_Monster looks fine to me.
Well, someone tricked people thinking 'no one' is 'eryanb', a bodybuilder who posted his before/after photos and Epic Monster ripped 'no one' another one and attacked him countless times. Then, someone found more Epic Monster's photos showing his face and now he's running to the mods, asking threads about him be removed. Double standards?

You may be going TOO heavy on biceps...building good mass...but foregoing quality oif peak contraction.
Go a bit lighter on curls...avoid straight bar...look at Arnie in PI...when he is doing those bent over concentration curls (albeit with a 70 lb db...but he IS Arnold)

well apparently you weren't around for the 2 months he'd post a pic of that eryan b kid right after i posted in any thread.
i'm sure if i had the desire i could prove that during this time at least 90% of his posts were in regards to 'me'. so, what goes around comes around.
so, now it's time to give him a taste of his own medicine and see how he liked it- turns out he cried to mods to get threads deleted, which only shows how much of a bitch he is. likes to give it, but can't take it so well it would seem.

Almost everyone who has said something along those lines (including me) has turned out to look like shit when their pics do actually get posted. Not saying you look like shit but the odds aren't in your favor when you won't post a pic and make comments like that.

in years of posting on boards, and going thru several preps i have never once wanted or felt i needed to post a pic. thats just me.
however, when i see guys doing it for honest criticism, or as an update on how their prep is going, i'll be the first to say someone looks great.
in epic_pencil's case, he openly posted pics of himself, not wanting to be critiqued, but to say 'hey look at me' which is why he and daddy waddy spam the board with pics.
so, when you look like that, are doing it for praise, and cut others down, you best expect to grow some thick skin and not cry to the mods when you can't take the heat.
