Ya man. waking up when the sun comes up is a life changer. Going to bed early seems lame, but once you see the positive changes you wont want to stay up. Also I like the last part of the video when he mentions whatever you watch or read before bed will stick with you overnight into the next day. I find that to be very true. Its like they say never go to bed angry.

occasional bouts with high level Anxiety...

4-5 times a year..

very seldom more than 16-24 hours at a time..

extremely uncomfortable feeling when it arrives though..

I've never been diagnosed, but if ADD is real...I'm pretty sure I have it and looking back I'm sure I had it when I was a kid. Besides, I'd have to be a little mental to come on here everyday!

Thanks, yeah I have had my share of psychiatrists and they all agree on the DX, so not worried about that aspect...

Seems overdiagnosed & overtreated imo. Every personality foible doesn't constitute 'mental illness.' Somehow, everyone has become convinced there's something wrong with them and they need a team of doctors and a damn pharmacy backing them up. It's bullshit. There's nothing wrong with you. If there was something genuinely wrong with you they would have put you in a padded cell long ago.

I've seen slightly loopy people become full blown crazies as a result of prescribed psych drugs. Ok, maybe I'm wrong and they would have been twice the loony without the drugs, but that's not my assessment. What I certainly didn't see was someone cured and all better. Never. Never seen it. And they fall to pieces of quivering jello every time the drugs get changed, reduced, whatever, which they inevitably have to due to sides.

If you're batshit bananas then take drugs, but if you're basically ok then don't touch 'em.
