I myself think I can reach there trading stocks and doing real estate. ..day trading in my opinion is the truest way we have to be self reliant ..started with 500 and turned it into 2500 in month. .

A million bucks is fuck all really, especially if a primary residence is added to it.

In the UK a sterling millionaire excluding primary residence (and in Southern England especially most people's money is in their house) is now quite common.  More unusual wealth that I would consider wealthy starts at least at £5million minimum.

A 21 year old who can't sit exams would get a different answer than a bright 16 year old / a 35 year old with no qualifications.

Very true. .I need to re asses my question with a more singular and direct approach. . .but first i need to say that holding assets of any kind and later selling for a higher value is capitalism as its finest. ..doing such action is the best tool to develop wealth...weather its real estate or selling snake oil..holding those assets maybe be necessary such as building them over time and developing them may need to happen..being personally non liquid may be necessary to develop these assets.. .holding a ton of real estate while having no liquidity may be a great strategy if you can sell them before the market decline. .

Yes, having assets in a cash holding account is pretty pointless unless you are parking it for a short period.
