Frank McGrath, Dorian Hamilton and Fouad Abiad have set up a training camp that will run throughout Ontario. They will be traveling to gyms around the province looking for guys/girls interested in learning and getting better! Here is a montage of the first outing.

sick,,could use a bit more chest ,but with modern bbing delts/traps are in the forefront as opposed to 70/80 pecs were standout over delts,legs are insane on this guy,,good strong looking build..abs are a bit underdeveloped a bit shallow thickness wise...

two things. always crashed hard the last two or three days before the show. my body would literally drop all its good water - intramuscular water. and I never competed two years in a row, so I never got a serious look from the judges.

ya, I saw him last week, arms are definitely over twenty, tho he says he hasn't trained too hard the last few months. healing a couple injuries.

Gastrointestinal issues is a code word for blown kidney. Ask an expert like ether. Probably hepatic adenoma.
Normally this condition just affects woman who have REALLY shitty response to birth control, sometimes diabetics but mostly with bodybuilders. I didn't ask around until I read more about ether's insightful posts and all the nurses and doctors said "oh yeah, that person I remember having a hepatocellular adenoma was a bodybuilder" or "was taking some bodybuilding pills". Contest time, low water, orals, DIURETICS, c'mon... GI issue... no. :-X

Exactly. They can obsess over it and dissect every aspect but all that it comes down to is basic knowledge mind muscle connection and most importantly , intensity.
