Most of us with time know almost all bodybuilding supplements are a waste of money and it can also be bad for your health. They are completely unregulated. No one is testing what's in any of this stuff. How many whey proteins claim to be better than the other when the dirty secret is most of them source their materials from the same supplier. So many materials are cheaper from China but they don't have to tell you that. They only put distributed by on the label. Remember when creatine from China was so contaminated that the German company Creapure's main selling point was that it was pure compared to all the american brands using Chinese creatine?

I want nothing to do with anything that comes out of China.  Neither does anyone else, for the most part.  That's why everyone goes to incredible lengths to hide the fact that what they are selling you was made there.

i have some of those oxyelite pro capsules, they've been hanging around for months.  they are very much like taking ephedrine hcl.  how do you know if you are having liver problems
