dont agree, he doesnt look old. he looks 20-30 years younger than he is in the face and body looks even younger. awesome dude. he's going for the health look.
then we have dan hill and trey brewer who looks 30 years older than they are. haha the world is crazy sometimes

Edit: Woah saw two exercises in there that I never knew about.. totally cool n bad ass. Will def try. Usually I can come up with movements on the go just by experience of knowing how a muscle works.. but never thought of these two. The forearm twist and that other cable exercise. Clever.

That and I think the LA fitness before , isn't the 24 in Alhambra? Can't remember but I used to go down to those areas for the authentic Chinese food ;D
