i don't understand all the guys who say barbell pressing is dangerous or whatever like... how do you know you're not just doing it improperly?

i mean there are guys who have bench pressed over a thousand pounds, and in their training have been benching for years and years.  there is a whole sport built around bench pressing.  are we supposed to believe these men are somehow exceptional?

for those who believe bench press is inherently more dangerous than the average exercise, what is your reasoning?

Everyone feels it more in their pecs using dumbells. But it's less of an ego exercise so ...
Dumbbells in my gym go upto 200lbs, and yes some guys try rep out on incline chest or flat chest
Silly silly ego

You must of missed the part where I briefly explained genetic structural advantages and disadvantages.

Guess so.  Can you say, specifically, what the problem is?

x2 plus I killed my cuff doing barbell inclines..

it depends on the incline bench for me. some Gym have a low incline bench and I hate that shit........I just never go heavy and don't need to when doing incline, whether it's dumbbells or barbells
