1 hour HIIT w pull ups, prowler sled, tire flips, battle ropes, concept 2 rower, etc - each station for 30 sec w active rest of mountain climbers in between each.1 hour ruck at 14-15 min pace.

My running still sucks. I dont get fatigued or tired at all - im just not good at it.
Yesterday 1 hour of hard ass mobility and HIIT class at the gym. Fuck that hurt!!! Today will be a 2 hour ruck as sort of a day off. Will use the weight vest - which i think is great device. I bought these "perfect push up" things and been using them in the AM before work. Banging out about 25-50 pushups before I leave.
Are those the things on the circles that you can rotate hand position on? I bought a pair of those but never used them much.
