these guys have not been on getbig as long as pellius and I have. we have seen some fucked up stuff! I remeber when IFBB pro's actually used to post here! But somebody would eventually talk alot of trash and they just never come back!
I think IFBB Pros still post here but they just use regular handles. My updates are going to be every 10 days. not 7 days. at least for the next 2 weeks. My weight is going up nicely I just need to dry out a little bit!
