Title: carnivor is it safe ??

hey guys, lots of people say that carnivor is a collagen/geltin powder, is it safe ? :/ can i drink it safely? please your opinions

it's a cheap source of protein :/ collagen and gelatin :'( it's not a real beef isolate

Gelatin isn't poisonous. Steve Reeves used to include Knox Gelatin in his home made protein drinks.

In your other thread, you asked for an opinion between Whey Gold Standard and Carnivor. It is my belief that Whey Gold is a better/superior quality protein.

A lot of products use gelatin &/or collagen to "artificially" inflate the protein count.  Sure, it's safe, but it's just a cheap filler.

Real food that makes you realy growth...

Helps on calories but it's not the main process

I can tell you two have quite a few years invested in the "iron game." And, you obviously know your way around the nutrition side. Are either of you interested in becoming a moderator on this forum? We could always use a few more good, knowledgable hands.
