Old School Music
« on: March 01, 2007, 07:56:11 AM »
anyone like music that is before their own music era?  Since I grew up in the 80's, early 70's and late 60's would be old school for me

I don't just mean pop like the Beatles

I know my Janis Joplin, for instance,  not just Bobby McGee and Piece of My Heart, but her non-radio-play stuff too

I love 70s music especially folk, prog and rock, Fairport Convention, Clannad, Steeleye Span, Mountain, Uriah Heep, Rush and a few others.  Plus classical music and opera from ye olde days...

I like Nkotb for the fashion as well as their tunes. 80's music rocked.

Are those Kulats Donnie is wearing?

Handel, Wagner, Bach, Holst...not an expert by any means, there is quite of bit of stuff I've listen to and liked.  Handel's Messiah is probably one of my favourite pieces.

Even though I hate NKOTB I think it's funny how Donnie Wahlberg knew what was up and chose to try and man up a little bit
