Penne ala vodka w/chicken followed by three scoops of ice cream :)

breakfeast-liquid egg whites blended with OJ and a banana
2 packets of oatmeal.

meal 2,tuna with low fat mayo on whole wheat.

meal 3,turkey slices.

piece of fruit.

handfull of almonds.

meal 4,chicken on the George Foreman grill and a salad with low fat dressing.
low fat pudding.


water all day with a little gatorade or soda with dinner.

the only thing is you can't sleep worth a shit....I had many nights I only slept one hour and this was happening night after night...but yet I didn't feel slepy at work in the daytime either..it was crazy...as if I no longer needed sleep....had to stop taking them due to this...but they really got me started in reducing my appetite and stopping all my former cravings..give it a try it really works...but be prepared to be pacing the floor at 3 am every single night

Took last week off from the gym and ate anything I wanted.now I'm back to this.
