I've witnessed him doing different workouts well over a twenty year period of time. He is the strongest all around person I've ever seen. I mean considering that he doesn't look like he's gonna die, doesn't look like a bloated mess who's head is gonna pop off etc. we all know he's not natural but if we r comparing other guys that aren't either then u realize it really doesn't matter. Some of this guys lifts boggle the mind. Also, the longevity he's been doing it and I'm not sure he's ever had any major injuries. Freaky strong but not the kind of strong where he burns out or blows something out like most others.

He's lifting very heavy, but the technique is close to perfect from what I've seen. No Branch or JJ type of jerking..

I shave it off and like it, but also loved to have a buzzcut and put some hair wax onto it which is now a thing of a distant past.
