I don't think they really do that in jail anymore, but I do know for a fact that the inmates do get drugs/roids/etc from the guards or else smuggeled in somehow by other means.

A while back, it was just a simple of stuffing stuff in a tennis ball and throwing it over the courtyard fence.

And to think, according to Craig, at this time last month he was only 38.   ::)   I wonder if the prosecution will use his lying about his age to prove you can't believe him.
