it's under 400 let's just leave it at that.
The Quakerman was asked in a serious thread started by myself BigIronPete how much he benched.
I had noticed he has given many a fledgling lifter advice on this gym exercise. Such as grips and stances.
This implied he was an EXPERT at this.
The quakerman then claimed a bench a little under 400 pounds. This is assumed raw, clean while weighting around 230 pounds.
A claim is a claim. "A little under" when used relatively to 400 cant be that many pounds. I will cut his bench down 385.
Getbig posters do you think quakerman can bench 385 raw at 230? Vote simply yes or no.
