Look back to your late teens/early twenties. What would you have done differently?
I would have quit drinking before I flushed 15 years down the toilet. Banged higher quality trim instead of hitting anything that would have hit me back, not gotten a couple stupid tattoos, got a job i liked, travelled more.
Heavy squats/light good mornings / 30 minutes bike today = BB related

i wouldve quit eating meat from day one, shouldve learned electrical engineering in school, would never have smoked would, wouldve make zero friends in order to focus my own abilities more thorough, shouldve ate more to have more energy to learn things

someone told me that when I was very young and for this reason I didn't waste any of my youth. I didn't get involved with drinking or wasting my money on drugs alcohol or woman. Built myself and let everything else come to me

The reason we do stupid shit when we are young is so we do not do it when we are older. Hence the reason we can get away with it. The law is more lenient on the stupid "young dumb and full of cum"

I would've learned a musical instrument ~ preferably guitar
I took piano lessons as a kid, but my parents let me drop. I wish they had "forced" me into sticking it out.

I would have learnt a couple of languages properly when my mind was still flexible enough to do it easily.
Would have been far less picky with the women I slept with. I turned down a few really sweet pretty girls when I was younger and I kind of regret that.
I had the chance to study shootwrestling in Japan in the early 90's. I let myself get talked out of it and I put myself through naturopathic college instead (which I don't regret - just would have liked to have spent some time doing nothing but martial arts).
I was never a party person and for the most part I'm pretty content with the choices I made back then.
Oh - I never really appreciated how much I could put my body through and have it recover so quickly. I've just walked off a tennis court after 2 hours and going to the gym tomorrow will be tough. I would never have even considered that a big deal when i was in my early 20's and I'd probably be more appreciative of my recuperative ability if I could talk to my 20 year old self.

Would have paid attention in French and Spanish, wouldn't have treated a couple of exes the way I did, and I'd have avoided some of the drugs I was playing with.
Still though, I'm only 23, I just feel old.
