Haha thank you brother! Man I pretty much get to go crazy for 2 days until diet starts Tuesday. So I had pizza, burger and two beers when I got off stage. Then waited till my wife got done with the overall then we went to whataburger. Had a double burger shake and chicken tender sandwhich and a cookie. Woke up had some pancakes. Did a photoshoot then had a bison burger and shared a chicken and waffles with the wife. (Which the sup company paid for which maybe be somthing small but hey I thought it was cool) then drove home got a dq shake and just relaxing and taking the wife out tonight for a real nice dinner.
Btw that's was my first cucumber cooler there in the pic. Talk about a refreshing drink if you never had one I highly recommend it

Many Bbers here will tell you - doing a show, running everything, the stress of dieting for 12 weeks on your body - we've seen many man start to go bald fast in the year after their first major show like this.

You should see the tiny gasp shorts I have on. Lol we went straight from the hotel to the shoot then to lunch. All the cloths where packed up under a ton of shit and I didn't want to pull everthing out

True heb actually has a amazing back story. The guy took it from his mom after ww1 and failed 4 times in trying to branch it out. It finally took and exploded. They own the Texas suoer store market here. It's ranked the 12th largest privates company in America at 20 billion!!!!

A related Story...
I was flown in to North London about 8 months ago by Joon and I decided to meet Simple Simon for lunch, we walk into a place he recommended that caters to bodybuilders, and the waitress looks at me and says "Wow holy muscles, let me guess, a dozen egg whites, a whole cow..LOL"...she then glances Simon's way and says ,"would you like a salad, sir ? our lactose free offerings are very good as well."

Here's a funny story the night at the show I had horrible gas from the shitty food and it smelled awful and I was farting and pulling the covers over her. She was pissed! So durning the shoot right here she was yelling at me "don't fart" lol it had us in tears
