They are custom made to the customer's specifications. One can choose a less revealing style if they want. They aren't swimsuits. They are meant to be worn in bodybuilding competitions. Surely you've noticed that bodybuilding competitors very often wear posing suits that reveal the most skin and muscle.

Because it's impossible to define by limits how the rear part should look like. Needles to say that they won't allow men to hit the stage with only a feather in their ass...

If size of posing suits must be regulated it clearly shows that bodybuilders have a tendency to show more than they supposedly should.
