yep, I get SAD too (Seasonally Adjusted Disorder).
But I've got the blue daylight bulbs >they help.
I lived in Canada for 12 years, so can do winter. I LOVE snow.
I tell people here it's colder in England than in Canada. It's a different kind of cold.
In Canada it's extremely cold in winter, but it's mostly dry.
Here, it's wet damp nasty gets into your bones kinda cold. I reckon it's colder here.
So I haven't seen much snow since I moved back here to the middle of London.
I hope we get some this year, it's been a few years.
All we get here is cloud and dark. And a lot of rain.
I just look forward to Christmas
(which is so easy for me >>>no friends >>no family
{ joke, okay ? }
>>>But I hate January.
then I get another birthday in February... that's always fun ['nother joke]
Then it's March, April... Spring after that.
I kinda love it. I like all the fairy lights and the decorations and my colourful woolly blankets and my new furry jumper, my red longjohns {I can put on all of my clothes and still need more} and my hot water bottles and ...
oh, boots and thick socks... they're fun
xL
we must learn to love it, it's weather.
oh wow, Canada just made the news here. That's so rare it's mad!!! Some kinda mafia job in Montreal?
