Kai looks fat. Not % body fat, but overall he looks like a fat guy. Maybe he is...too big for his frame. Nothing can change that.

Kai looked great at a lighter bodyweight. However, with the weight gain he has entered the cartoon level that Ronnie, Dorian, Paul, Jay and Phil obtained.

Last year in the lead up to the Olympia Kai looked like a winner. On the day he didn't have what it takes. It was close. This year could be different. He

already has striations and his waist is ok. If he can retain most of the size and lose some fat he could win it.

I am a Kai fan but i truly believe that he will not win. In the beginning his posing style was refreshing but now...

His posing routines and style are gayer everytime he makes a presentation. That and the negative publicity with his schmoeing sessions videos and water-melon focking put him in a bad place to represent an Olympia.

He has incredible posing skills, he should use them wisely. A 100% classic posing style will be much better than the fruitcake stuff he presents. He should save it to the schmoes.

Kai if you are reading this, think about it.
