I had recently got a Accupressure massage, and although I like a deeper massage such as a deep tissue or sports massage, I noticed after the massage, my back and body felt great, my muscles actually seemed bigger and stronger. My back felt a lot bigger as I did a lat spread and it was a lot wider than usual. Do you incorporate strecthing and massage into your workouts.

Can you imagine get a rub down from Stella and Laura? Add Deedee to the mix and you have yourself quite a smorgersboard there LH  :D
