THAT'S FUKIN' GREAT!!! Absolutely great.
All the American hate towards India (or any other country for that matter) ain't changing the fact that this is now world's third biggest pro bb show and it's getting mainstream media attention in India. Better line up than in any other pro show besides Olympia.
This is good for bodybuilding.

Hell, they have metal detectors going into some hotels here, and into the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
But props to the Sheru Classic team for bringing into national press, and mainstream television interviews for the event.

The same way that "hidetada" is good for the ifbb because it makes japonese interested in pro bodybuilding.
that's the only reason hidetada win shows, no fucking way he was top 10 at the O this year

when you think how big asia is, it is wise to keep 1 representing, constantly in the top 3 in pro shows and top 10 in the olympia.
about the only ifbb pro that can get his drug smuggling history completely overlooked and forgiven.
keeps the asian population locked into bodybuilding. huge target audience. wise move by the ifbb as a business decision.

japs spent millions and millions buying us made supplement/yr, otherwise why the hell gaspari gave him contract? i'm not surprised jap govt donates funds to ifbb to keep him top 10 in the olympia. not being a hater hide is a nice guy but if politics wasn't involve, hide can't even win light heavyweight class in the USA or national

I train in a gym with about 80% of members being competitive bodybuilders, and i can tell you:
NOBODY gives a shit about Hidetada. There are bodybuilding videos running all the time in the gym, Jay Cutler, Lee Priest, Johnnie Jackson, even Gustavo Badell, but NEVER, not even once, "Big Hide".
When there is no IFBB pro on the screen, they show Japanese bodybuilders that compete nationally like Koji Godo, Konuma, Kizawa Daisuke but i have never seen Hide.
I have also never heard anyone mentioning Hide, they love Arnold, or Ronnie or Dorian, but the Japs aren't stupid, they all know Hide is there only because of politics.
