At least it’s downgraded to a CAT 2.
Watched a report from a storm watcher last night who said the 4 to 3 downgrade wouldn't change the damage Florence will do. Wonder what will change with this latest down grade? Possible flooding may be the worst part. Hope Vince is on higher ground so that he can still use his generator if necessary.

Good here in the low country, Hilton Head area pretty much most southern part of South Carolina’s east coast. Got lucky. My sister lives oceanfront on Wilmington beach... probably not so good for her house.
