Hey Lee I was talking to Wayne from xtreme down here in tassie and he told me he rang you up and how you knew about how he hurt his foot and he was bloody amazed how you knew (it was because I told ya) ;D. Just letting you know Wayne is competing in the nationals for powerlifting on the 30th and in about 3-4 months he is going to compete at the world's in Norway  :o Currentley hes stronger than ever.

Also Shawn is competing in his first bodybuilding comp this year and is looking good Here is a pic of him.

Tell him to take it easy on you now.Tell Wayne i would love to come back some time.I have always liked Tasmania (shit i might move there) :)
