Who did Michigan play all year? Ohio St. and Notre Dame and who else? If you come out of the SEC with one loss you deserve to play in the National Championship game. The SEC is hands down the best football conference in the country.

I don't know if you check the rankings or you are just talking just to say something good about the SEC...Because if you haven't noticed that Big Ten and SEC both have 3 teams each ranking in the top ten of the nation....Oh yeah, and I forgot that the 3 Big Ten teams are ranked in the top 6....

Florida was completely embarassed in the second half against Auburn. But, Michigan had their chance and blew it, so Florida gets the shot. I doubt they'll win but after last year with Texas being gigantic underdogs, anything can happen. I actually wanted Michigan to go until last night when I thought about it. They blew their chance. Plain and simple.

Florida lost the Auburn by 10. Michigan lost to the best team in the nation by 3 in hostile territory. I am not even a Michigan fan. Florida will be killed.

The SEC is an awesome conference. However, I wish sometime an SEC team could play here in Wisconsin or at Michigan, Ohio St. when it would be a nice toasty 20 degrees with snow on the ground...SEC team would be crushed.
Oh and by the way, Wisconsin kicked Auburn's ass last year...OSU is gonna rip Florida apart.

This game sounds just like last year the more I look at it. Blah blah, Texas will lose by 50, no one can beat USC and so on. I think Michigan is the second best team in the country but you never know what happens. Urban Meyer is amazing with time, look at how well Utah played in the BCS a couple years ago. Florida has the ability to win, but it's going to come down to their defense and whether Chris Leak can actually put some points on the board.

Florida is a finesse team. Most of the team they are easy to crack, but sometimes they do well. I go to an SEC school and I think Ohio State will slaughter the Gators, of course if you are from the SEC, you also hate Fla.

So you're basing your entire argument off the fact that Ohio State is the best team in the country this year only? Any college football fan knows the SEC is the toughest conference to play in due to the fact it's littered with amazing athletes. The Big 10 isn't exactly known for having amazing athletes outside of Michigan and OSU.

And UF's kicker SHOULD have made a 29 yarder in the 1st quarter. Many of these games would ahve been put away with a decent kicker.

Oh...I almost forgot about Florida/Florida State...Wow Florida let Florida State hang around long enough to where they gave them a chance at winning...Florida State might as well been a D-1AA this year and look what they did...That is one amazing team that Florida...I am happy to watch Florida win the chance to be the 2nd-string practice team for Ohio State...

You're an idiot. You do know that teams play much greater in rivalry games. Look at UCLA for example. Hell, if you want to play that game, Ohio State almost lost to Illinois, and they're one of the worst teams in the country.

certain teams recruit high school playas that have super speed, some go for other qualities (overall athletics, rout runners, a better understadning of the game.. etc)... ohio is def the latter.... its not a myth when on paper the florida teams consistently have lower 40 times then any other schools.... in the NFL right now the fastest guys are from fL schools.... a slight edge in speed means alot in football.... with all that said, ohio state is just too much better of a TEAM

The SEC has better speed than the other conferences due to the talent pool and what they recruit.
OSU is better but Florida can win if they get the ball to their skill guys because they are better in the open field.
I honestly don't care who wins that game, it doesn't look all that exciting of a matchup.
If it comes down to FG's though, Florida is horrible......
