The personal challenge...mental and physical.

The satisfaction I get out of setting a goal for myself and meeting it.

The grueling routine.

The discipline that's required.

The time I get to spend in the gym.

My competitive personality. 

My OCD.



The enjoyment I get out of looking SHREDDED.   ;D

my OCD too!!!!! LOL

just to see if i can friggin do it. to push myself to the limit, to the edge, and see hoe the cookie crumbles. my training partner is awesome, she makes me think I can do it. and ummm,  like to eat beef?????????
