Wong has decided to try the Physique category now...trying to bring his weight down to 80kg to fit the criteria. He has basically won almost every category he has entered including Masters..so to him this is a new area of challenge. It's a pity about his tricep tear tho. I wonder..how many here will actually be able to achieve what he has. ::) ::)

dude was great and a good guy here too really,that tri tear is really serious and when he competed it filled in ,now its really noticeable with the lower body weight.still has the legs ,hard to tell rest he was posing arms up in every pose .

To have any success in the Physique category you need a balanced, attractive and aesthetic build - not a totally burnt out, torn one. His head is the size of Jupiter and his right arm is several inches bigger than the left.
He'd be better off just calling it quits and pursuing other interests now.
