In about 4 weeks time, i'll be taking off on a long trip. (Will be traveling thru South America for about 4 months.) My physique is pretty much where i'd like it to be right now - fairly lean with a half decent amount of muscle (for a natural dude.) Basically, i've got the "swimmer" look down. haha
I've been off creatine for one month now and i'd like to use ECA during the 4 weeks before I depart. Since my goal is not to get ripped to shreds, but just to stay lean and maintain muscle, can I use both creatine and ECA at the same time? Or does supplementing with one kind of negate the other? I want to use ECA to keep me alert and energetic longer throughout the day, whereas i'd also like to start using creatine again because i've always responded pretty well to it.
