yes you will get hungry, but not so bad...i know what you mean with real diets failing, the calories are too low and you can't stand it, look for any excuse to cheat etc... It's better to be consistent with a small deficit
well see my goal is to workout everyday, because i figure that my weekly average of pounds lifted or repetitions determins how much muscle i retain (you get back what u put in right) so i make sure i have a GOOD workout everyday
the thing is with just regular food and no beer the regular food calories seem to stop working and i lose that motivation to train hard every day
