I used to listen to nothing else for a year but Skynyrd. When I stopped taking a bath and shaving for a couple weeks it was time to switch back to Van Halen.
If you never been to Jacksonville it hard to really understand the music.
I found myself a girlfriend that was from there. Within 3months I got stabbed twice, shot at once, arrested 4 times and one DUI! That in a 3months period not to mention the coke and alcohol addiction that came as a freebie with it.
I went back to L.A and recovery was about 2 weeks of just sleeping and eating and 4 months to get my brain somewhat running again and to fit in the "normal lifestyle".

I always liked Ricky Medlocks band" Blackfoot" ! Highway song and Marauder were on of my fav. Albums growing up.. Me and my friends would make Blackfoot jackets and be like a gang.
