African American men generally impregnate African American women and do not commit to a relationship or marriage.

African American men generally impregnate several other African American women, sometimes multiple time with the same woman, but still refuse to commit to any relationship.

The African American women generally have several children, usually from different fathers.

Without support from the African American father of the children, the African American mother usually struggles and resorts to welfare.

I can't vouch for the 70% of black women being of this ilk, but what percentage of black men are similar to the one depicted in the clip?  From my experience I'd say less than 5% and all of which I either work with in a professional capacity, have attended college with or currently attend church with my family.  
Further, that 5% (work colleagues and fellow church members) are already married with families.  Aside from that the remaining 95% I've come across in my day to day life are nothing......NOTHING.... ..like the man in the clip.  I'm not suggesting the remaining 95% don't have themselves together, but their first (and most often only) impression leads to think otherwise.

gangsta, i come across some black women like this at times. but IMO its extremely easy to tell this type. The other bigger reason is that black women are far outpacing black males is due to being much better educated, earning degrees, and advancing in the corporate world.  Therefore, there are simply not enough eligible black male bachelors to go around that meet the requirements of black women's ambitions.  There will be more white and hispanic males married to black females.

I must say, I have always been attracted to black women. There's just something about a black woman's body, her sense of humor and their wit I've always got along with greatly.   I wish they were a bit more freaky in bed.  A lot are pretty conservative sexually from my experience.
