10 with bodyweight?? That would be amazing imo. Unless you're talking about a push press with some leg drive

LOL well ill make 10x b/w my goal for the summer then.

Have started them. Awesome. Feel really powerful off them. Back feels good with them too. Also i use no leg drive.

Used to like seated dbells though prefer these now.

Can anyone do 10x b/w

I'm 215 and use 175 for sets of 6-8 and that's really difficult for me..I'm an above average lifter in comparison to most..I also use a very strict form..no drive out of the legs at all

If you're not doing 465 for 10 then you don't belong on GB.

Agreed..I say 90% of GB's can't press their body wt for sets of 10...even with a leg drive

haha..no hatchet to be buried my friend :)..your compliments seem a little back-handed, but no worries! Seriously, do you use a standing press in your routine?

if you can clean your own bodyweight to your shoulders and press it once, that is good.

i might be able to get one or two seated with my current bwt. of 240, did 3 sets with 225 yesterday, 6 reps on the first set and 5 on the last two.

I don't think I even do 1 rep with my bodyweight SEATED, let along standing  :o

standing presses are hard on the back tho

I probably couldn't shoulder press my BW. Maybe 1 rep at the most, but thats it.
No doubt about it...
