I have to be honest with you.That song there is no easy way out, has helped me through every contest prep I every did.Everytime I wanted to quit, or cheat on a meal I would just listen to that song, and I would be fired back up again.Thats why I put it on my Ipod andf MP3 player, and listened to it a lot while I was doing my contest prep.The song always fires me up, and even know it makes me want to go train!!!

Yes! The Rocky soundtracks and the movies have an amazing power. If a movie makes you run into the kitchen and gulp down a dozen raw eggs, or makes you want to do chinups over a fire or simply train your ass off, that's amazing.
Better and more motivational than every "bodybuilding" movie there is out there with the exception of Pumping Iron maybe.

got to agree..as cheesey as it sounds...check out rocky 2 soundtrack...it's got some great workout music...cue up redemption and you will be pumped...
