Thomas Edison tried this...
The reality of solid concrete houses are:

1) No passive ventilation...concrete houses don't "breath", the result is stale, damp, smelly, fetid air inside...with lots of mold. Commercial buildings get around this by keeping the HVAC system running continuously.

2) Plumbing, wiring, data systems installation are more "involving" in solid walls...electric & data wiring usually is installed on the surface of walls...and, trust me, people hate this.

3) Changing things around is "involving"

4) The upshot of all this is that these types of structures are supremely uncomfortable...think of medieval European castles.
