My dad used to weigh himself every day and mark it on a calendar. So, my mom learned to do it too. My mom has never weighed more than 115 lbs. except when she was pregnant...so maybe that helps her keep it in check before it gets out of hand.
When you walk around at a shopping mall you'll see as many men as women who gain weight over the years...so it's not a gender specific thing...and it's more complicated than counting calories sometimes...it's about chemistry and hormones...some people have faster metabolism...and some may have had several rounds of antibiotics (and so have a candida yeast imbalance that causes bloating/indigestion...and need pau d'arco/biotin and other herbs and to avoid bread and beer for a little while)...and maybe to go to a naturopath and get balanced out to check to see if their parotid or thyroid is down and see if they can digest dairy (need lactase enzyme with it), need betaine HCl, pancreatin and/or B-12 subligual to digest protein, enzymes, check for food sensitivities, need pre-acidified calcium, acidophilus and/or some detox herbs that clean the system out. You don't need drugs to lose weight, you just need to digest your food well, balance your hormones, control the portions and don't eat poisons, preservatives and junk that plugs up your illeocecal valve.
What goes wrong for some women is that they may be trying hard to lose weight, but they don't know what they are doing...and they do it continuously seeing no results anyway....and then figure it's no good to try because it doesn't work and they give up and pig out...for instance, they might have a bagel for breakfast with cream cheese and a glass of orange juice, a salad with pasta for lunch, do aerobics in the afternoon and have weight watchers mac-n-cheese for dinner.
The reason this doesn't work is that they are eating too many carbs which make you retain water and even if it says fat free or diet on it, it drives up insulin which stores fat. The aerobics only burns blood glucose and doesn't build muscle much, so they are just hungrier when they are done and eat more because of it. Many women think that if it is a "diet food" that you can eat unlimited quantities of it. But without adequate protein, blood sugar levels are not stabilized, and optimum muscle tissue isn't built.
So it's important that ladies eat protein and vegetables for lunch and dinner and weight train a little bit and not just do aerobics. Having a little bit of fat is good too because it makes you feel full and not eat as much carbs.
Also...no one "needs a psychology degree" to understand that most women like to feel attractive...and if you can give her compliments about anything...even if it's her hair or outfit or her eyes...she will think you find her attractive...and that will make her try harder. It's not about lying or feeding her b.s...it's about being nice...and everyone has something attractive about them--both men and women. If you walked the aisle with someone...you can certainly find a way to give them a compliment.

up to age 8-10 in america ,,everyone is thin or used to be thin in the 80s 90s ,,now days its up to age 5-6,,then at age 8-10 out of no where they blow up...no its not hormones,,,the hormones come into play at ages 12-20,,,what happens in america is this
ages 10-20 the mom give the kid either junk food everyday if she is single and work all the time,,or if its a family in some alabama country place they eat pork chops and meat loaf and 10% milk and lots lots of cheeese on the 3 big pizza they order daily from pizza hut double the cheeze is phraze known in america! americans love to eat! AMERICAN WOMEN ARE NOT AS ACTIVE AS AMERICAN MEN SO THEY GET FAT VERY VERY FAST,,,THEIR ORIGINAL SIZE IS LIKE 125-140LB THEY ARE NO 100LB CHINEASE OR 110 LB HOTTIE FROM MIDDLE EAST OR EUROPE,,SO THEY START AT 125-140 AND BY THEIR 25TH BIRTHDAY THEY NEEVR SEEN THE NUMBER 140LB AGAIN THEY ALWAYS AT 160 170 180,,AND IN MANY CASES THIS DAYS IT IS OVER 200LB ESPECIALLY LITTLE COUNTRY TOWNS IN USA IT IS AVERAGE WEIGHT FOR WOMEN OF 220-240LB,,
this indeed is the situation as result of the food and only the food with hormones coming to play with the horrid food that have hormones in it too,,all come to play at ages 10-20,,after that it is hell to lose the wieght and some do it but it usuall takes living with bodybuilder and a lot of verbal abuse from that bodybuilder that is done out of love believe it or not!
so in conclusion i will tell you this my friend,,
if any american woman follow the diet i gave her,,or follow strict diet,,,many of them as in 90% would lose from 200lb to 130lb in a matter of 3 months!!,,thats how much food has to do with there obsesity and there is no other word for their weight but obesity,,they clal it big i call it obese!
the other 10% have problems and syndroms and health issues developed from the bad eating in their childhood,,,like tyroid,,and all kinda female organs ,,sex organs problems that lead to incease weight,,all this can also be solved if you go to your doctor and get on phentarmine ,,,good birth control to put hormones in place since those women usually dont have regular periods but its always come and go,,,so they need to stabelize the period via good birth control then they start losing weight ,,and ofcourse mild duretic since with women its always a lot of water wieght especially american women,,t3 and clen is optional and can help when the other things are in place in addition to working out regularly and doing cardio for life! since they can not allow themselves not doing it becasue they ate like fat pigs ages 10 -20
ONLY THEN EVERYTHING WILL GO BACK TO WORLD POPULATION NORMAL WEIGHTS OF 110-130LB ,,IT MAY TAKE A YEAR OR 2 BUT IT WILL DROP FROM 200LB BACK TO 130 -140LB WITHIN FIRST YEAR AND FROM THERE EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE,,BOOBS GET SAGGY? GET A BOOB JOB,,MOST WOMEN LOOK SO MUCH BETTER AT THE NEW WEIGHTS AND ALL THE 3 CHINS BECOME ONE BEAUTIFUL WOMAN SO THEY DONT CARE MUCH ABOUT THE BOOBS FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND THEN GO GET A LIFT OR SOMETHING
