Basing future behavior on past behavior is not the best way to verify a claim.
You can't say they are cheating now because they cheated in the past. It's even weaker if you have no evidence to confirm current cheating.
Ill grant people the fact that they cheated in the past; however, we cannot assume they have cheated in the present. I guess we can speculate that they MAY currently be cheating based on past behavior; but there is no way to assert this with 100% certainty unless tangible evidence is presented.
Thus, until then, the haters are going to hate. They are going to keep saying, "Well, they cheated in the past, therefore they are currently cheating." Yeah, that is not how you verify a claim.
