what i find funny is that everyone who has responded doesnt have a clue about allergies or there cause yet are offering the all to prevalent "band-aid" your mast cells are unstable and spilling a neurotransmitter called histamine. it can be caused by alot of this, such as bowel toxicity, leaky gut, liver dysfunction.
quercetin at high dose is cheaper and has the same chemical make-up as singulair. i will reduce LT expression and stabilize the mast cell walls, but bromelain is needed to absorb quercetin.
it will have no sides and work as good, and be just as cheap.
you probably eat to many sticky carbs, and drink alot.
