I know alot of people on this site hate him but I heard Dave Henry's spot is pretty damn cool-and not just because he trains DC-he's supposed to be shredded and moving some really impressive weight, I'd like to see that part.....

he curls a pair of 90's seated pretty strictly for 3 reps, all the rest of his segment is bullshit.

Do you have Firefox or Netscape?  If not, I think you could go:

Tools - Internet Options - General - Delete Browsing History

I'm not 100% on that though, but a slight change like that should do the trick, but you would also delete any websites that are in your address bar and you might not want to do that.  I'm going to post more pictures in that gallery soon and will post some more pictures in this thread.

milos's workout on the bonus disc was the best workout on the whole thing.
David henry is an insecure neurodic freak!
Vince Taylor and Victor Martinez are both lazy.
Jay and Ron are both beasts
Branch=intense
Dennis=freak
Rockel and wolf=waste of time
the rest suck

No problem.  It's happened to me a few times before too.

Matt do you ever intend on taking up bodybuilding DVD production yourself?

Possibly.  I just want to make a living doing what I love.

I know there might be a bit of cognitive dissonance for me to answer yes to that question and also state that I am heterosexual...but you'll just have to deal with that shit on your own.  ;D

One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn't belong.

Interesting that you and TA are the only two posters on the board that have a keyboard that creates apostrophes as shown above.

What is your beef with my website anyway?  It's not perfect, but I actually quite like it.  :)  I have plans for it to grow dramatically within the next few years.

I just ate two double cheeseburgers and an extra large triple triple coffee.  I eat like that so infrequently I can definitely feel this coffee kicking in.

Discuss.

Well that doesn't help anyone.  Only constructive remarks can help me improve my website/business model.  Capitalism isn't perfect, but it tends towards perfection, that is what's great about it.  I actually have a lot of ways that I plan on improving my website, but it's difficult for me to implement all of them since it's just me working independently.  I do plan on changing things up a little though.

I'm reviewing Nasser's first DVD as we speak in fact.

pobrecito - the only thing stopping me from doing it in this case is a conflict of interest.  If you wouldn't buy it anyway, I see no moral qualm with you downloading it.  If I want to buy something I do - but if I wouldn't buy it, I download it.

It wouldn't fare well for the producers of the DVDs who give me review copies if they found out I was ripping them on the net.  :-\  Didn't Rob1986 put most of the BFTO 2006 online already?

I wasn't aware you were being given these DVDs for free...I thought you were buying them yourself...

P.S. the bodybuilding video that will never be topped is the Unbelievable...still truly unbelievable to this day....and when anyone tries to match it, like Branch's new DVD, you just end up with a wannabe hardcore disaster :(

I agree.  Ronnie was literally 10 years ahead of his time in that DVD in every possible way and I'm not kidding.  It's already been almost seven years since that DVD was filmed and has anyone matched his size/conditioning/strength combo?  I don't think so!  Two reviews:

I mean, seriously now...

He is indeed the best looking bodybuilder in a dvd there, together with shawn ray in one of his films
