286lbs. Better then Phil Heath? I don't think so

Bigger is not always better. He does look good for a mass monster type bber. He still has a small waist which is hard to come by at 286lbs.. So props to him..

i know he's 10 weeks out but for as lean as he looks right now, theres barely any muscle separation at all....really weird.....thats why guys like heath and rich jones look better, way better separation

If he is 286, then he is over 6 feet tall. Ronnie came into the 2003 Olympia at 286 or so. There is no comparison. Wolf wouldn't hold his jock strap. No taper, poor seperation. The dude is big, but not aesthetic. Phil Heath would eat him. Not even a finalist at the Mr. Olympia. Gunther is by far better.

not bad shape for first pro show, i predict top 5 at the europa, not good enough for the olympia yet not top 10 anyway.

I stood next to him at the World Championships in Shanghai, so I can assure you he definitely isn`t 6 ft, but 5.8 - 5.9. So watch out for him, cause he`s very young also

yeah hes 5'9. he looked awesome at the worlds, i hope he doesnt fall into the trap like other guys of trying to get too big and blurring his symmetry

Thanks for clearing that up. Read somewhere that he was 6' 1''.

If he's 5'9, then anything above 260 lbs seems like asking for getting the look of Kallbach, Boris Kleine and several other German bodybuilders who looks like shit.

He will go that route for sure. All german bbs take Ruhl as an idol and try to get as huge as possible, even if they look like shit.

I always find it very amusing when the "experts" here speak up. Besides calves Dennis has NO weak points, he is 27 years old, and not aethetic for this wheight and no V-Taper? Lol, I ve never seen an athlete with that mass having such aesthetics and small waist.

Dude has some serious guns, but no "Wow" factor, just another big dude. Phil's got him, if Phil is in shape.I think people don't want Phil to win, so they are grasping at straws, who is the guy to beat Phil. Well, your gonna have to get a time machine and go back and get a vintage Flex Wheeler, circa 1993, other than that a crisp in shape Melvin Anthony at 229, would do the job.

He's already qualified for the Olympia, isn't he? I know there were some rule changes in 2003 (Top 6 at the Olympia, instead of top 10, qualify for next year's O, modification of lifetime qualification status for former Mr. Os, etc). But I thought that the overall champion at the IFBB World Championships (aka Mr. Universe) qualified for the following year's Olympia.

That's been the case, since the inception of the Olympia, itself.
