Regarding Anthony Gross, the third person in the case, who allegedly helped torch the Jaguar. Anthony, who is only 23 years old, went to court and received a very small bail amount, only $13,000, $10,000 for count 2, and $3,000 for count 3. On charges of accessory to murder and third degree arson. The judge, Joe M. Bonaventure told Anthony that if he posts bail, he will stay at home at all times, until April 6, 2006, when a preliminary hearing is due. Anthony Gross' lawyer is Michael Sanft. The prosecutor is Robert Daskas, who said that Anthony will face trial with Titus & Ryan. Anthony was not in the courtroom, he appeared via a videoconference screen.
Anthony Gross said that he didn't know there was a body in the trunk, and all he did was buy a can of gasoline, follow Craig, who was driving the Jaguar, and watched Craig take the gas and set the care on fire. Then, he drove Craig back to Las Vegas,
